How long in advance do I need to order?
Please allow us at least 24-hour notice so we can make sure delivery is made at the desired date and time.  Nevertheless, express orders could be possible: in case you need a bouquet in less than 24 hours, please send us an email with your specific request to orders@maxweet.com or call us at +420734416193 and we will try to accommodate your request (additional charges may apply).

What are the delivery days and hours?
Deliveries are made on every working day: Mondays to Fridays between 13:00-17:00.

How do I know if my order has been accepted?
You will receive a confirmation email with your order details shortly after your order has been submitted

Is it possible to modify an order?
In case you wish to modify an order within 24 hour to delivery, please send us an email with your request, and we will try to help (not guaranteed, and additional charges may apply).

What is the shelf life of a candy bouquet?
As the bouquet is made from food products, we recommend 4 weeks from the date of purchase, provided it remains wrapped and stored in a cool and dry place.

What are your distribution areas?
At the moment, we deliver only throughout Prague.

Is there a minimum amount per delivery?
Yes, the minimum amount per delivery is 400Kc.

What payment methods do you offer?
At the moment, you can pay by cash on delivery, or bank transfer (wire transfer), soon it would be possible to pay by PayPal as well.

Is it possible to come and pick up the goods personally?

All the prices include delivery. However, if you wish to come and pick the product personally it would be possible in certain hours, and will require in advance coordination. In that case, please send us an email to info@maxweet.com, and specify your pick up request.

Do you offer special orders?

Yes we do. We will be happy to address special requests for events, companies and any other occasions (birthday parties, company events, kids’ parties, etc).
